Noci – Contrada Bonelli
We are pleased to offer for sale a historic masseria, listed as “La Grande” in the inventory of assets of the Monastery of the Poor Clares of Noci (1853).
The property takes the name “Monache” in 1650, when it was purchased by the Monastery. It is located in the heart of the ancient state-owned woodland of Alto Bonelli; in the last decade of the 19th century, the land was subdivided and subsequently divided.
The estate features a large rural complex consisting of approximately 20 trulli arranged in a row forming a courtyard, along with additional buildings with traditional “pignon” roofs, for a total internal surface area of about 1,200 sqm and approximately 3 hectares of land.
